1. About These Terms
By ordering from or using this website, you agree to the terms below. Digitech Hub Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates this site and provides branding, printing, and technology services from Nakuru, Kenya.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received via M-Pesa or cash. Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without prior notice. Custom branding jobs may require a deposit before production begins.
3. Custom Orders & Production Time
Turnaround times given for custom branding jobs are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary depending on order size, design complexity, and material availability. We'll always try to keep you informed if a job will take longer than expected.
4. Returns & Refunds
Goods sold are not returnable after 7 days. Custom-branded items (personalized with a name, logo, or design) generally cannot be returned once production has started, since they're made specifically for you. If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match what was agreed, contact us right away so we can make it right.
5. Loyalty Points & Referral Program
Loyalty points and referral commissions have no cash value except as explicitly described (store credit or approved M-Pesa payout) and may be adjusted or discontinued at our discretion. Referral commissions apply only to a referred customer's first paid order.
6. Job Applications
By submitting a job application through this site, you consent to us reviewing your submitted documents and contacting you regarding your application. We do not share applicant information with third parties.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
